Problem Note 42811: You might receive duplicate e-mail message in SAS® Digital Marketing

In SAS Digital Marketing, you might receive duplicate e-mail messages if the e-mail distribution list contains many duplicate addresses in close proximity. This duplication occurs even if the e-mail option Prevent duplicate e-mails per broadcast is selected in the server configuration properties.
Currently, there is no workaround for this problem.
A hot fix for SAS Digital Marketing 5.3 is available upon request from Technical Support.
